The firm offers a competitive base salary range of $230,000 - $260,000 annually, with the potential for additional bonuses based on qualifications and experience.

RCRA Practice Experience:
- Substantial experience with RCRA, including solid waste definition, hazardous waste characterization, waste generation counseling, and regulatory exemption issues
- Familiarity with waste treatment, storage, and disposal facility permitting

Advocacy Experience:
- Preferred experience with advocacy in the context of RCRA rulemaking and/or enforcement
- Strong academic background and excellent written and oral communication skills

Circular Economy Practice:
- The successful candidate will play a key role in the firm's market-leading circular economy practice
- Technical background and relevant government experience at the federal or state levels are a plus
