Job Description: The Deputy Attorney General will handle all phases of litigation, including research, pleadings, motions, briefs, consultations, discovery, hearings, conferences, and settlement negotiations. They will also maintain professional relationships with clients, opposing parties, and colleagues, and may supervise paralegals. Depending on involvement, there may also be opportunities for participation in appeals.
