ICLS is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Eviction Defense Attorney to join their Housing Practice Group in Riverside and San Bernardino counties. This role involves providing legal assistance and representation to clients facing eviction, either through negotiation or at trial. The work is challenging but rewarding, as it helps preserve safe and habitable housing for clients in a community-focused approach.

The organization offers a supportive and collaborative work environment, with experienced attorneys providing mentorship and guidance. Paralegals and legal secretaries play a crucial role in the team, providing assistance at court-based projects and through housing hotlines. Flexibility, reliable transportation, and availability for events outside of regular work hours are also required.

Qualifications for this role include admission to the State Bar of California and relevant years of experience.
