Job Responsibilities:
During the summer program at the law firm, Summer Associates will engage in a variety of responsibilities designed to prepare them for a successful career as Trial Attorneys. Key responsibilities include:
- Learning from experienced trial attorneys within a dynamic team environment.
- Receiving mentorship on best practices for providing aggressive and effective legal services to clients.
- Preparing for trial and understanding the trial process.
- Engaging with data-informed solutions that the firm is developing to enhance the legal landscape for clients.
- Gaining hands-on experience through real-world legal practice.
- Participating in learning and development courses to enhance professional skills.
- Networking with legal professionals to build valuable professional connections.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Summer Associate Program should meet the following educational and experience requirements:
- Must be currently enrolled law students with an expected graduation year of 2027.
- Should have a passion for and strong interest in representing injured clients.
- Must be self-starters with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong academic credentials are essential.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
- A commitment to providing the highest quality client service is necessary.
Salary Information:
The hourly wage for the Summer Associate position ranges from $35 to $40 USD.
