Job Title:
Senior Lead Counsel 1 - Regulatory - C14

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support, coordination, challenge, and advice to the Finance and Data Transformation functions. This includes identifying, analyzing, and interpreting . and . laws and regulations applicable to these functions, providing legal advice to colleagues within these functions, and driving consistent approaches, processes, standards, and governance across enterprise-wide Transformation and related remediation efforts.
- Exercise sound judgment in connection with the company's responses to and ongoing dialogue with the . banking agencies.
- Manage large-scale and critical legal projects and initiatives related to the Finance and Data Transformation functions from beginning to end.
- Collaborate closely with other attorneys supporting the Transformation on specific and general Transformation execution-related matters.
- Stay informed of changing internal policies, regulations, legislative developments, and industry trends that may impact the Finance and Data Transformation groups and the company more broadly.
- Engage with external counsel to support the needs of the group, as necessary.

Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctorate or equivalent law degree.
- 7+ years of relevant industry experience within a large corporation, law firm, or government agency, preferably in financial services.
- Experience providing legal advice on bank regulatory issues is preferred.
- Familiarity with complex global financial institutions, their services, and product offerings.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with clear and concise written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, problem solve, and exercise sound judgment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues in different functions and of varying levels of seniority.
- Ability to handle multiple matters on time and under pressure.
- Bar license in good standing to practice law.

Salary Information:
Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $211, - $316,
