**Job Title:**
Attorney Recruiting Coordinator
**Job Responsibilities:**
The Attorney Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process for associate and counsel level hires at the law firm. Key duties include:
- Sourcing and screening candidates for lateral positions
- Preparing interview summaries and presenting qualified candidates to respective offices
- Engaging with regional managing partners to meet staffing needs and provide recruitment updates
- Planning and coordinating all stages of the attorney recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate communication, preparing offer letters, and facilitating onboarding procedures
- Partnering with search firms to ensure candidate alignment with firm needs
- Maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Creating regular reports and statistical data on hiring activity
- Processing expense reimbursement requests
- Supporting on-campus recruiting and the Summer Clerk Program
- Providing support to other offices and special recruiting initiatives as needed
**Education and Experience Information:**
A Bachelor’s degree is required for this role. The ideal candidate should have three or more years of experience in law firm recruiting or attorney search firm experience.
**Required Skills & Abilities:**
- Technical proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred
- Familiarity with iManage and viGlobal is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent organizational, planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional client service orientation
- Commitment to professional development and mentorship
**Salary Information:**
The estimated annualized salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 for candidates residing in California, and $65,000 to $80,000 for candidates residing in Oregon or Washington. Actual base pay is determined by factors such as location, experience, internal equity, skills, and qualifications.
