Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial transactions
- Assist with the evolution of the company’s Ethics & Compliance program
- Provide legal and business advice as a member of the senior leadership team
- Collaborate with senior leadership to anticipate and mitigate legal and compliance risks
- Work closely with external counsel on various matters including securities, corporate governance, intellectual property, and litigation
- Provide guidance on real estate, intellectual property, and employment law matters
- Maintain corporate legal records and oversee legal document management
- Manage outside counsel to ensure cost-effective and high-quality legal support

Skills and Abilities:
- Significant corporate legal experience with a variety of commercial transactions
- Substantive experience with Ethics & Compliance program design and implementation, real estate, intellectual property, litigation, and employment matters
- Strong business acumen and legal expertise
- Effective communicator and trusted advisor to executive leadership
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong internal partnerships
- Excellent judgment and analytical skills
- Executive presence and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Focus on efficiency and adding value as a business partner

Education and Experience:
- . from an ABA-accredited law school and active . bar admission
