Law Firm Case Investigator - RRT: Atlanta, Georgia, United States

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough investigations into motor vehicle accidents, including examining physical evidence, interviewing witnesses, and reviewing records
Utilize technology tools and resources to aid in investigations
Prepare detailed reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations
Assist disabled motorists and aid in the removal of abandoned vehicles
Respond to dispatched assignments and maintain assigned vehicles and equipment
May need to meet with potential clients and obtain necessary signatures
Testify as a witness in court when required

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and ability to maintain insurability
Minimum of two years experience in recordkeeping, public contact, interpretation of rules and regulations, and investigation
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving abilities
Proficient in using software, technology, and other tools

Physical Requirements:

Office environment with normal business hours
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 50% of the time

Must be able to communicate effectively and observe details at close range
