Position Summary:
We are a rapidly growing law firm, **Members Only**, seeking a highly motivated and experienced litigation attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate must be a licensed Illinois Bar associate with at least 3 years of experience in personal injury and/or nursing home law. Strong familiarity with discovery and litigation, as well as excellent research and writing skills, are required for this role.

As a litigation attorney, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury cases. This includes managing a staff member(s) who will assist you in communicating with clients, preparing documents, and managing demands related to your cases. Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, adjusters, and other legal professionals are crucial for this position. Strong computer skills and the ability to take initiative are also essential.

You will be working in a fast-paced team environment with all the necessary support to help you grow as a lawyer and focus on your cases. In addition to your legal responsibilities, you will also be expected to align with the firm's mission and values and motivate and inspire other team members to deliver high-quality results through your example and influence. Building effective working relationships, making sound decisions, and delivering customer-focused results are also critical aspects of this role.

Locations:
Our primary locations are Springfield and Bloomington, but we also serve and offer the option to work in our Champaign, Decatur, Macomb, Quincy, and Rushville offices. Due to the current COVID situation, remote work may also be an option for the right candidate(s).
