Family Law Paralegal The candidate will assist multiple attorneys, prioritize tasks, work directly with clients, and work independently and with a team. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of discovery and correspondence. Prepare case pleadings and legal filings. Conduct research to support legal proceedings. Assist with trial preparation. Record and store client information. Maintain and open files. High school or equivalent degree is preferred. Bachelor s Degree and paralegal certificate is preferred. Previous experience as a family law paralegal is required. Should preferably have 1+ years of Paralegal and 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience.
