We are currently seeking a Paralegal to join our team at the Superior Township, MI location.

Responsibilities:

- Draft and prepare employment-based nonimmigrant visa petitions
- Communicate with employees, government agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate immigration filings and gather necessary information
- Assist with environmental, health, and safety initiatives and projects
- Perform legal functions in areas such as commercial, real estate, governance, litigation, employment, compliance, insurance, and vehicle administration

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in a legal function
- Ability to understand and consider business objectives in a legal context
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness
- Prompt responsiveness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
