Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of AI-savvy lawyers to deconstruct complex legal research and related litigation workflows into manageable subparts that state-of-the-art AI can effectively handle.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to swiftly bring new solutions to market.
- Enhance briefs and motions through sophisticated legal analysis and efficient legal research.
- Conduct customer research with experienced litigators to gain a deeper understanding of customer workflows and refine product concepts.
Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates should have a deep experience as a litigator involved in complex legal research or possess 5+ years of experience in product development for the legal industry, ideally focused on litigation.
- Fluency with the latest AI tools and techniques is essential, as AI is recognized as a significant advancement in human history.
Salary Information:
- The base compensation range for this role in eligible locations such as New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Irvine, CA, McLean, VA, and Washington, DC is $177,380 - $329,420.
- For other eligible US locations, the base compensation range is $154,000 - $286,000.
- This role may also qualify for an Annual Bonus, which is determined by a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
- Base pay is determined within the range based on factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
- Base pay is part of a comprehensive Total Reward program that includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
