- Law firm seeking mid-level patent agents with experience in electrical engineering and computer science
- Opportunity to join multiple offices including Atlanta, Denver, San Francisco, Seattle, St. Louis, Washington, DC, Houston, Kansas City, or Phoenix
- Must have high level of academic achievement, solid law firm, engineering, or industry experience, and superb writing and communication skills
- Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience and a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics
- Preferred experience in patent prosecution for electrical engineering or software-related technologies, data science/AI, networking technologies (especially network security), and/or machine learning/artificial intelligence
- Must be admitted to the USPTO
- Salary range of $110,000 - $190,000 with potential for discretionary bonus
