Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of foreclosure and litigation matters. Will process a foreclosure from start to finish. Legal fact and basic legal research. Assist with case management. Organize and electronically file pleadings. Coordinate and schedule calendars. Should feel comfortable conducting research, doing data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed.

The candidate should have Associate's degree or equivalent. Must have working knowledge of LPS, Tempo and other client systems. Prior experience working with MA, NH and RI foreclosures at a creditor's rights law firm is required. Must have 2+ year of experience as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal.
