Job Title: Admin Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including corporate formations, filings, and document preparation.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Assist with social media accounts and marketing.
- Perform clerical duties such as scanning mail and assembling corporate binders.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support personal assistant tasks as required by management or team members.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and workflows.
Education and Experience Information:
- Experience in an office environment, preferably in an administrative, clerical, or legal assistant role.
- Attention to detail for proofreading and maintaining accurate records.
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bilingual abilities, specifically in Korean, are a plus but not required, as they enhance communication with diverse clients.
Salary Information:
- Pay: - per hour.
- Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week.
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time.
