Job Title: Operations Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Check and distribute incoming mail, organizing it within each client file.
- Alphabetically sort papers according to content, dates, and significance.
- Create or update records with new files and information.
- Securely store all paperwork in designated places for important documents.
- Enter paperwork into an electronic system through data entry or optical scanners.
- Handle requests for file access and maintain logs of borrowed papers.
- Develop an efficient filing system to facilitate easier updating and retrieving of files.
- Follow policies and confidentiality guidelines to safeguard data and information.
- Monitor the inventory of files, paper clips, and other office supplies, reporting any shortages.

Education and Experience Information:
- Knowledge of filing systems is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office equipment such as photocopiers and scanners.
- Good command of both oral and written English and Spanish.
- Dependability with a strong respect for confidentiality and policies.
- Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail.
- High school degree or equivalent is required.

Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is to per hour.
