Job Responsibilities:
The Customer & Data Support Intern will play a crucial role in providing cross-functional support to various teams including Product, Data, Sales, and Customer Success. The primary responsibilities include assisting with customer onboarding and intake processes, managing and cleansing data for monitoring purposes, and supporting research and analytics initiatives. The intern will be responsible for conducting data management and data cleansing to aid the Product and Data teams, supporting the Customer Success and Sales Team with tasks related to customer monitoring, onboarding, and intake, and partnering with cross-functional colleagues to effectively support new and existing customers through pipeline generation, research, and BIA analysis. Additionally, the intern will assist in data analytics activities and deliverables to drive efficiencies and support customer success.
