Job Title: Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service and representation to clients in the pre-litigation process.
- Communicate with clients, answer questions, and assess the case for next steps.
- Exhibit stellar communication skills with empathy and a service focus.
- Manage a caseload and act as the lead attorney and primary decision-maker in pre-litigation cases.
- Counsel clients on the pre-litigation process and review contracts.
- Collaborate with an internal personal injury team.
- Handle escalated calls.
- Be self-motivated to maximize organization skills and attention to detail to deliver work timely and accurately.

Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
- Must be licensed in good standing in the state of Indiana.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.

Salary Information:
