- Serving as a litigation analyst involved in all aspects of the litigation process, from contentions to trial
- Drafting invalidity and non-infringement analyses of patents
- Conducting thorough prior art searches to establish the history of technology
- Collaborating with a team to prepare Inter Partes Review (IPR) Petitions
- Creating new patent applications
- Working closely with technology experts
- Testing and documenting product functionality
- Reviewing technical documentation, potentially including source code
- Effectively communicating technical issues to attorneys and clients through written and verbal means
- Producing charts to compare and contrast known technologies
- Analyzing the patentability of new technologies
- Responding to US Patent Office rejections

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience as a Patent Agent
- Admitted to the USPTO patent bar
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in one of the following areas: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical/Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for learning about new technologies
