Legal Counsel - Job Description:

- Full-time Legal Counsel position in New York, NY
- This is a hybrid role, with a mix of remote and in-office work
- Salary range: $180,000 - $230,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits
- Responsible for providing counsel on general legal matters, including commercial, privacy, data security compliance, intellectual property, employment, and corporate functions
- Reports to the Chief Privacy Officer & Deputy General Counsel
- Will engage in deal negotiation and drafting agreements, and work closely with colleagues throughout the organization
- Must have a . from a top tier law school and be a member of a state bar in good standing
- Preferred qualifications include 2-6 years of experience at a top tier law firm or in-house legal department, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and technology/data licensing or privacy experience
