Estates and Trust paralegal The candidate will assist with drafting and finalizing personalized estate plans, assisting with the preparation of estate and trust administration paperwork, including court petitions, orders, deeds, and accountings, prepare corporate formation documents. Further duties include filing, scanning and maintenance of client files; client interaction, and calendaring. Must have excellent customer/client service skills, some experience in Probate and/or Estate Planning, strong attention to detail, organizational skills and effective time management, proficient in Microsoft Office, capable of managing multiple projects and self-motivated. The desired education requirements of the candidate are paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or Bachelor's degree.
