Job Title: Trademark, Copyright, Advertising and Media (T-CAM) Attorney
Job Responsibilities:
The Trademark, Copyright, Advertising and Media (T-CAM) Attorney will be responsible for handling a steady volume of online enforcement and prosecution work related to trademarks. The attorney will have autonomy in their role while being part of a strong team within the Intellectual Property practice group. This position focuses on practicing law without the necessity of engaging in business development activities. The attorney will be expected to work two to three days in the office, with flexibility in hours and compensation commensurate with their workload.
Education and Experience:
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in trademark enforcement and prosecution. Additionally, state bar admission is required for this role. Applicants should demonstrate a strong background in intellectual property law, particularly in the areas of trademark, copyright, advertising, and media.
Salary Information:
The anticipated initial annual salary range for this position is $140,000 to $185,000. The actual initial salary may vary based on the candidate's relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location where the position is filled. This salary range is a component of the total compensation and benefits package offered by the law firm, which includes productivity and discretionary bonuses, life, health, accident and disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
Additional Information:
This is a non-partnership track attorney position within the law firm's Intellectual Property practice group. The position is hybrid, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work. The law firm is seeking a candidate who is looking for an opportunity with a growing, collaborative environment.
