Law Firm is looking for an experienced attorney to join its Creditors' Rights, Financial Institution Compliance & Bankruptcy Practice Group in its Syracuse office. The successful candidate will handle a broad range of creditors' rights and bankruptcy matters, including motion practice, transactions, and foreclosures. This position would be ideal for an experienced candidate with a passion for creditors’ rights and bankruptcy law.
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• 3+ years of experience in creditors’ rights and bankruptcy preferred
• Excellent academic credentials
• Admitted to the New York State Bar
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently
