Job Title: Restructuring, Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Associate

Location: Albany, Buffalo, New Haven, New York City, Rochester, or Syracuse

Experience: At least four years of experience in complex bankruptcy matters or judicial clerkship experience

Salary Range: $125,000 to $165,000

Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Restructuring, Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Practice Area
- Assisting with complex bankruptcy matters
- Conducting legal research and writing
- Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues
- Participating in business development activities

Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice in New York State or Connecticut
- Strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
