Corporate Partner/Senior Counsel - Law Firm - Boston

**Members Only** is seeking a Corporate Partner or Senior Counsel with 10-15 years of experience in the field of corporate law. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned attorney to join our team and enhance our department's capabilities. We represent a diverse range of closely held companies in New England and are looking for someone with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, formation and restructuring, and general outside counsel work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deepen and broaden the capabilities of the corporate law department
- Represent closely held companies, founders, executives, and investors in a variety of legal matters
- Handle mergers and acquisitions, formation and restructuring, and general outside counsel work
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a range of corporate law issues

Qualifications:

- 10-15 years of experience in a corporate/transactional practice at a law firm
- Must have a valid MA license and strong ties to New England
- Prior experience with early-stage companies, private equity, and corporate finance preferred
- Knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, finance, and leasing is a plus
- Must have a portable book of at least $250,000

Work Environment:

- Hybrid work model with three days in the office and two days remote (candidate's choice)
- Support personnel or small group may be considered
