With over a century of experience, Parker Poe has represented some of the largest companies and local governments in the region. Responsibilities: • Provide general immigration support to attorneys across multiple office locations • Interact with external clients and internal support staff • Preparation and filing of various non-immigrant and immigrant employment petitions, family petitions, visa applications, PERM labor certification applications, applications for adjustment of status, and applications for . citizenship Requirements: • 3+ years of paralegal experience and a paralegal certificate, or the equivalent combination of education and experience; bachelor’s degree preferred • 3+ years of business immigration experience • Proficiency in preparing and handling a variety of employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant petitions, PERM labor certifications, visa applications, and applications for adjustment of status • Familiarity with immigration-based forms, systems, and document management systems • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Experience using a legal time and billing system • Excellent communication and time management skills • Ability to prioritize work projects and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment • Motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues • Team player, willing to help other team members during peak times Parker Poe is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment, and is an equal opportunity employer.
