() The Bilingual Employee Relations Partner is responsible for providing consistent, tactical Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees to resolve employee issues and advise on employee conflict resolution, disciplinary action and/or termination. This position will be REMOTE and the candidate must be Bilingual in Spanish. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent major, or at least five years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations. The salary for this position ranges from $60K to $75K and includes comprehensive health and welfare benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan. Responsibilities: - Provide consistent, tactical Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees - Resolve employee issues and advise on employee conflict resolution, disciplinary action and/or termination - Conduct HR-related investigations in adherence to company policies and procedures and local, state, and federal regulations - Analyze and interpret data to monitor employee relations trends and make recommendations to Operations Management - Provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures to minimize the company's legal liability - Oversee daily administration of reported concerns and participate in all phases of local HR investigations - Partner with Operational Management, HR Business Partners, Labor Relations, and Legal Teams to create solutions to complex Employee Relations issues - Ensure high-quality HR support through performance management, legal compliance, employee communication, and collaboration with COEs Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent major, or at least five years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations - Must be Bilingual in Spanish - Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills - Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to remain impartial during investigations - Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization - Ability to handle confidential information appropriately - Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations - Must be able to travel as needed to company sites within the supported region Working Conditions: - This position will be REMOTE and the candidate must live in the North East/Central region - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks - Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices - Must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Salary Information: - Salary for this position ranges from $60K to $75K - Salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills, prior relevant experience, and certain degrees or certifications Benefits: - Comprehensive health and welfare benefits, including medical, prescription, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance options - Paid time off for vacation, illness, bereavement, family and parental leave - Tax advantaged 401(k) retirement savings plan Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free Workplace: Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free Workplace.
