JOB SUMMARY:

As a Litigation Paralegal, you will handle large caseloads and assist attorneys with drafting legal documents and correspondence. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and other data entry applications.

A bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate is preferred, along with 1-2 years of law firm experience. Knowledge of state and federal court rules and procedures is required, and experience in foreclosure or consumer finance cases is a plus. The ability to work beyond standard work hours and under pressure is also necessary for this position.

Ballard Spahr offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, time worked in excess of 40 hours per week will be paid at time and a half of the hourly rate.
