- Full-time, at-will positions available throughout the state as needed.
- Regular/temporary, full-time, at-will position.
- FLSA Status: Exempt.
- Education: Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Preferred: Prior legal writing experience.
- Essential Functions:
- Conducting legal research.
- Reviewing motions and court files.
- Drafting memoranda and revising work product.
- Responding to research questions and providing up-to-date information to the judge.
- Delivering and triaging chamber's work prior to sending to the judge.
- Attending court proceedings as requested by the judge.

- Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of laws, rules, and court procedures.
- Familiarity with the progression of a case from original charge through trial, sentencing, modification, and violation of probation stages.
- General office skills such as filing and recording information.
- Proficiency with computer hardware and software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to perform legal research and understand law-related materials.
- Strong writing skills for composing orders and memoranda.
- Ability to apply policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and laws.
- Ability to perform all essential functions of the position.
