Overview:
- Opportunity for a Director, Paralegals at Foley & Lardner
- Responsible for managing all aspects of the firm's paraprofessional program
- Encompasses all three law departments - Business Law, Intellectual Property, and Litigation
- Drive firm-wide strategic direction and management of recruiting, onboarding, training, and more

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a firmwide paraprofessional program
- Analyze existing programs and recommend changes for process improvement
- Establish hiring criteria and development frameworks
- Support professional development through onboarding, training, and resources
- Address attorney and client support needs and create workflow coverage plans
- Collaborate with legal departments and finance on billing rates
- Monitor and oversee budget for paraprofessional program
- Build relationships with team members, firm leaders, and stakeholders

Qualifications:
- required
- Minimum of 10 years of legal and/or paraprofessional experience
- At least 5 years of significant managerial experience required
- Experience in multiple practice areas preferred

- Expected salary range for this position in Los Angeles or New York is $171,800 - $280,100
- Actual offered amount will be determined based on education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at Foley & Lardner LLP.
