Law Firm Seeking Experienced Trucking Personal Injury Litigation Trial Attorney in Lexington, KY

Responsibilities:
- Managing motor vehicle accident cases involving trucking in and around Lexington, KY
- Drafting and filing litigation documents
- Guiding plaintiff clients through the case process
- Working with expert witnesses and attending depositions, mediations, and court appearances

Qualifications:
- Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association (KY required, TN a plus)
- At least 4 years of experience in personal injury litigation, preferably in trucking/motor vehicle cases
- Ability to handle a high volume of cases and take them to trial
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Self-motivated with long-term career goals
- Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills
