Are you passionate about data and looking for a role where you can make a difference? Littler Law Firm is seeking a Data Analytics Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, cleaning, and loading client data for our data-based technological solutions.

This is a remote position that can be worked from multiple offices across the country. The salary range for this position is hourly and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist data analysts in assessing completeness of client data and develop recommendations for additional data needed for analysis
- Audit employment-related data using Excel and other database tools to ensure reliability and consistency
- Conduct exposure assessments, create class lists, extract data for discovery, and perform other computational analyses using client data and statistical modeling
- Create and maintain settlement databases, including monitoring for duplicate claimants and determining settlement amounts
- Analyze client data using established Excel procedures for compliance and audits
- Interact with clients to resolve consistency issues and obtain necessary data
- Use critical evaluative skills to analyze employment and payroll data for reliability and consistency
- Review, manipulate, and transform data using Excel and Access
- Comply with all security protocols of Littler and its clients
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including pivot tables, subtotals, formulas, and macros
- Familiarity with MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Excel Macros, VBA, SharePoint, Stata, and SQL is a plus
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and work under time constraints
- Attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with data input and manipulation
- Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and follow instructions from diverse clients, attorneys, and staff
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week when necessary
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and ask questions

Education and Certifications:

- required
- At least five years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm, corporate law department, or data analytics group preferred
