## Senior Litigation Paralegal (Immigration) at Solow, Hartnett and Galvan

Solow, Hartnett and Galvan is an immigration law firm with offices in Center City Philadelphia, Collingswood, NJ, and Kennett Square, PA. We are looking for an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal (Immigration) to join our litigation and complex waivers team.

### Job Description

The Senior Litigation Paralegal will, under attorney supervision, be able to assemble court filings and evidence submissions for filing with the Immigration Courts. The Senior Litigation Paralegal will work directly with the three partners of our firm, as well as independently with clients to develop and assemble their cases. In addition, the Senior Litigation Paralegal will, on occasion, provide writing support for our complex waiver cases including but not limited to the drafting of affidavits, support letters, and responses to complex Requests for Evidences (RFEs).

### Candidate Profile

Successful candidates should have strong verbal, written, and organizational skills; be able to understand complicated rules and procedures; and have at least a Bachelor’s degree. Spanish language fluency is required, and the applicant must have immigration experience. At least two years of related immigration experience is strongly preferred.
