Patent Agent The candidate must have IP experience with drafting and patent prosecution and a background in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar. Design engineering experience with a chip company is a plus. Should preferably have experience with networking, software, 3G/4G/5G wireless network, or the like. Must be admitted to the USPTO and have 2-6 years of legal experience.
