Are you a paralegal with experience in labor and employment law? Clark Hill PLC, a prestigious law firm with offices in Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Francisco, is seeking a qualified individual to join their Labor & Employment business unit. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 3+ years of experience to contribute to a dynamic and growing firm.

Responsibilities:
- Draft routine correspondence and legal documents
- Collect, organize, and review records
- Assist with all phases of discovery and trial preparation
- Manage complex files
- Work on wage and hour class action/representative matters (preferred)
- Familiarity with e-discovery software (preferred)

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in labor and employment law
- (preferred)
- Excellent computer skills, including use of excel for data analysis
- High-level attention to detail
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Benefits:
- $80,000 - $104,000 annually (based on full-time work schedule)
