Job Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing executive compensation plans and programs
• Advising clients on labor and employment matters related to executive compensation
• Negotiating and drafting employment agreements
• Assisting with executive compensation aspects of mergers and acquisitions
• Conducting legal research and providing recommendations to clients
• Collaborating with other attorneys and team members on various projects

Qualifications

• Minimum of three to five years of experience in executive compensation and benefits
• Admitted to the New York Bar
• Strong understanding of labor and employment laws
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
