F3 Law provides legal support to the public schools that serve our children and ; We have an opening for a lateral Transactional Attorney in any of our California offices (Oakland, Los Angeles, San Diego, Sacramento, Fresno, Inland Empire ) who would like to help K-12 schools and community colleges navigate the broad range of operational legal issues they ;
The incumbent would provide transactional support on a broad range of substantive legal ; Examples include real estate transactions, leases, public contracting matters, construction procurement, disputes, and a wide range of contract negotiations.
We seek a thoughtful attorney with excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. Candidates must have at least one (1) year of practice experience. Candidates must be a member of the State Bar of California.
This position's reasonably expected base salary range is $130,000 – $190,000 per year (DOE). The actual base salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and ;
