Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed reviews and analysis of title documents and surveys, identify potential issues, and prepare title objections and responses.
- Work closely with title companies, surveyors, and other related parties to resolve any discrepancies and ensure clear property titles.
- Assist in all phases of commercial real estate transactions including due diligence, financing, and closing.
- Manage and coordinate organizational structuring and the preparation of related documents.
- Handle multiple deals simultaneously, maintaining checklists, tracking critical deadlines, and ensuring smooth communication across all parties involved including clients, lenders, local government agencies, and internal teams.
- Draft and review legal documents such as corporate resolutions, loan documents, and other financial documentation.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client and transaction-related documents in our case management systems.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree, or Paralegal Certification.
- At least five years of experience as a paralegal, specifically with a strong background in commercial real estate, focusing on title and survey matters.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and document management programs such as Net Documents and Collaborate.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and proactively resolve issues.
- A self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering quality client service.
