Requirements:
- degree and active license to practice law in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in labor law with a focus on labor relations

Salary Information:
- New York City: Expected salary range of $220,000 to $260,000
- California: Expected salary range of $230,000 to $270,000
- Actual pay may vary based on experience, location, and other job-related factors
