With over 950 attorneys located in major cities nationwide, we are dedicated to helping employers develop proactive strategies, strong policies, and business-oriented solutions to cultivate high-functioning workforces. As a Litigation Legal Secretary, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple attorneys, including calendar and travel management, communication handling, meeting coordination, and project assistance. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 3 years of legal secretarial experience, preferably in the labor and employment field, to gain valuable experience and grow within our firm. Responsibilities: Coordinate attorney calendars, minimize conflicts, and prioritize appointments. Arrange travel itineraries and logistics for domestic and international trips. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries. Organize and facilitate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
