As a Benefits & Executive Compensation Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice on employee benefits matters, such as qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, fiduciary governance, and nonqualified plans. You will also have the opportunity to work on ESOP transactions and assist with drafting and reviewing various plans.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and a can-do, problem-solving attitude. Intrinsic motivation and strong academic credentials are also required. While experience in a large law firm is preferred, it is not required. This position offers a competitive compensation and benefits package and is a hybrid position with 2 days in the office.

The salary range for this position in our New York office is $270,000 - $305,000. However, the actual initial salary may vary depending on relevant skills, experience, and location. Our total compensation and benefits package for attorneys includes bonuses, insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
