Corporate Transactional Paralegal - Assisting Attorneys in Delivering Legal Services to Clients in Portland, OR The Corporate Transactional Paralegal position at Stoel Rives LLP is responsible for assisting attorneys in providing legal services to the firm's clients. This role works closely with attorneys and clients and is a key part of the professional client teams. The paralegal will primarily handle transactions with a project finance component and will serve as the first point of contact for many clients.
