All types of business litigation, including business disputes, securities, shareholder and partnership, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty ; Must have the following skills: Case intake. Analyzing, researching and drafting briefs on complex litigation, working with staff and junior lawyers, summary judgment motions, drafting pleadings, preparing discovery, making all court appearances, attending depositions, conducting mediations and first chair trial.
