The law firm of Duane Morris is looking for a talented and experienced ERISA Associate to join our team in Philadelphia. In this role, you will work with our Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group and use your strong knowledge of ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, and other applicable employee benefits laws to assist with matters involving executive compensation, qualified retirement plans, and health and welfare benefits. We are looking for someone with 3-4 years of experience, excellent drafting and communication skills, and a PA Bar license.
