JOB SUMMARY Law Firm is currently seeking an International Filing Paralegal to manage all prosecution correspondence for patent, copyright, and trademark international matters. This role will be responsible for preparing, filing and maintaining international applications, preparing and filing PCT applications and related prosecution documents, preparing all US and International Filing reminders, preparing and filing National Phase and Direct National Filings in countries overseas, preparing all formal documentation, certification and legalization, researching and retrieving information utilizing legal rule books and Foreign Patent Office websites, maintaining electronic files in the prosecution management database, and adhering to established work schedules. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - BS/BA required - Paralegal certificate required - 3-5 years' experience in Foreign/International Filing (Patent and Trademark) at an IP firm - Proficiency in MS Office applications; working knowledge of CPT and IPDAS required.
