Responsibilities: • Provide support to a team of four attorneys in the Las Vegas Rainbow office. • Manage calendars and deadlines for attorneys. • Assist with document management, including review, creation, and organization. • Compile information for discovery responses, interrogatories, pleadings, motions, depositions, and trial preparation. • Work closely with attorneys to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks. • Meet annual billable hour requirement of 1,600 hours. • Work flexible and/or fluctuating work hours as needed. • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, attorneys, and staff. • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and strong Excel skills. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate. • At least three (3) years of litigation work experience. • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities. • Flexible and adaptable to changing work hours and requirements. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. • Ability to work collaboratively with a team. • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal profession.
