Job Description:

This role offers the opportunity to work on critical initiatives and lead all aspects of labor and employment litigation while also providing counsel and advice to HR professionals both domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities:

- Identify, assess, and advise on legal risks and opportunities within the labor and employment area
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Participate in decision-making process with appropriate clients and collaborators
- Educate clients and collaborators on legal matters, policies, and procedures
- Manage and handle legal matters ranging from basic to sophisticated
- Develop policies and procedures within defined practice area and/or specific geographic area
- Advocate for McDonald's interests in assigned matters
- Supervise outside counsel and provide direction to support staff
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of labor and employment practice experience
- Experience handling labor and employment matters before federal, state courts, and administrative agencies
- Strong written and communication skills
- Unquestionable integrity
