Role Responsibilities:

- Provide legal counsel on a variety of employment-related matters, including negotiations, performance management, and terminations
- Oversee litigation matters and manage potential legal risks
- Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws and monitor for updates
- Conduct employment policy research and draft policies to ensure compliance
- Partner with other teams, such as Benefits and Rewards, to manage disability claims and executive compensation issues

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary range: $185,000-$215,000 per year
