Location: Wilmington or New Bern, North Carolina
Salary: $5,000 Sign-on-Bonus
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of litigation and/or family law paralegal experience, degree in Paralegal Technology or Business preferred

Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with family law matters
- Draft court documents, correspondence, and memos
- Conduct research using online resources
- Collaborate with team members as needed
- Maintain files and schedules
- Monitor progress and follow up to ensure completion of required actions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation and/or family law paralegal experience
- Degree in Paralegal Technology or Business preferred
- NC Notary Public commission or ability to obtain one
- Strong work ethic and time management skills
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, PDF, and online research
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
