Advice to law firm management: The firm should focus on helping staff to further advance in their careers. Continuing to compensate staff for their hard work is a great start to what the firm offers.

Pros: An environment that has appreciation for its employees. The law firm recognizes the performance of hard working staff. Leadership has looked on how to compensate staff for their hard work and implemented higher Paid Time Off.

Cons: The law firm has rules that pose expectations on how to adequately dress. The law firm could use a new renovation in terms of its office.
